Purification Protocols

The Biomolecular Interactions JIF Centre contains a number of facilities for the purification of proteins, including BioCAD and AKTA purification systems and dedicated HPLC instruments.

The following Purification Protocols have been devised by Astbury laboratories and are available for download (PDF) for use by other Astbury members:
