Current major projects include:

Synthetic Chemistry – development of new synthetic methodology; polymer supported synthesis; synthesis of natural products; and, after design using our own software, the synthesis of putative inhibitors of enzymes and the synthesis of synthetic receptors.

Computational Chemistry – development of software to assist the design of tailored complementary molecules such as enzyme inhibitors or synthetic receptors; expert systems for estimation of the synthetic accessibility of hypothetical ligands; an expert system for the direct extraction of chemical information from scanned images from the chemical literature.
