Dr Sally Boxall

Flow cytometry, Bio-imaging, Microscopy, Cells

I manage the Flow cytometry and Bio-imaging facilites, which provides access, training and support for equipment to anaylse and sort cells using a flow cytometer and imaging using light microscopy.

Current major projects include:
  • High-res multi-colour imaging of fluorescently labelled cells/tissues
  • Live cell imaging
  • Multi-parameter analysis of cells by flow cytometry
  • High speed sorting of multiple populations of cells
