This year's Annual Retreat for members will be held at Headingley Cricket Ground on 20th September 2018.

This form collects personal data from you in order to register you for the 2018 Astbury Centre Research Retreat. We will collect your name, telephone number and email address in order to be able to contact you about your registration status and any late changes. We will also collect data on whether you wish to present a talk or poster and the abstract of your presentation. We will collect data on your grant code and supervisor (in case of students and postdocs) to assess your eligibility to attend and to ensure we can collect the attendence fee from your appropriate grant. Finally we will collect data on your dietary requirements and access needs to help make the day suitable for you to attend. We will never share this data outside the Astbury Centre and it will be deleted after registration starts for the following year.

Please note that attendance at the retreat is restricted to PI members of the Centre, postdocs and post-graduates in their groups and fellow members of the centre as listed on the Astbury Centre web pages. We are sorry that, due to restricted numbers, this event in the centre is not open to others.

We are very grateful to the faculties for supporting the retreat.  This retreat has been additionally supported through generous contributions already made by academic staff from the Centre.  The retreat is available to the groups of these academics at a subsidised rate of £27 per person. A grant number is required to make the booking. Wellcome Trust PhD students should contact Prof Alan Berry for the appropriate grant number. Preference will be given to postdoctoral researchers, but there will also be some opportunities for other members to present.
